The ideal candidate will have 5- 10 years of proven experience in the automobile sector, particularly within the 3-wheeler, 4-wheeler, and commercial vehicle segments. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall branch operations, sales, and service functions.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve targets in sales, service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive performance improvement across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Guide and mentor departmental heads and staff to ensure a high-performing team culture.
  • Identify growth opportunities and market trends for business expansion.
  • Oversee stock management, logistics, and inventory control.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in management or automotive sector will be an advantage.
  • 5- 10 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of the 3W/4W/commercial vehicle market.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle operational challenges and lead large teams.
