What we’re looking for

We are looking for a procurement professional to join our global procurement department. The buyer will manage Allot’s business engagements with various providers in the indirect services licensees domain.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage sourcing projects to completion- from initiation through the bidding process, RFP, supplier selection activities, negotiation, and contracting.- Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities across the supply base- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)- Work with various Allot teams on their requirements and long-term needs.- Collaborate with finance, HR, and Legal to continuously improve Allot engagements (Pricing, Quality, etc)- As part of the procurement team, support various procurement tasks and projects- Order management- Review relevant internal requests, issue Purchase orders

What you should have

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: Economics /Business administration/Law- Experience in Procurement in High Tech companies.- Industry exp +3 Years Procurement in IT companies (Global Procurement)- Strong negotiation skills- Outstanding service orientation- High level of English, spoken and written- ERP Oracle experience – advantage- Excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to communicate effectively with partners, internal customers and vendors across different countries and cultures- Good presentation skills,- Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Positive attitude, assertiveness, and multitasking capability- ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Note: We are targeting people from Only Mumbai or Navi Mumbai who are interested to work in a hybrid mode from Navi Mumbai office.
