Purpose of the job

Support transition of finance and commercial controlling activities across key sub-processes with an ability to work in a complex business environment and liaison with multiple stakeholders.

About the job (Job Responsibilities)

- Act as a custodian and process owner for Finance & Controlling business functions across the shared service center for respective entities.- Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on actuals and forecasts for the corporate reporting.- Prepare accurate and efficient variance reports with analysis of deviations/exceptions against budget and forecast.- Coordinate activities with cross-function teams and set up processes for data collection and maintenance of master data/conditions etc. for accurate costing results.- Prepare data, information, and reports for multiple stakeholders at various levels in the Finance department.- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and analyses for the Business Unit.- Support audit process with efficient and standardized reports, for all – statutory, internal, and SOX.

We believe you bring (Education & Experience)

- Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant/MBA (Finance) from a B-School with relevant experience.- 5 to 8 years’ experience in financial analysis/project controlling functions.- Worked in the chemical manufacturing industry with a global multi-national organization.- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Business Warehouse, PowerBi, SAP Analytical Cloud).- Able to work independently.- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.- Have strong interpersonal skills, creates enthusiasm, be a driver of change, analytical and fact-based.
