We are seeking an experienced FP&A, Budgeting & Business Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in FP&A or Business Finance within the D2C brand, Retail, or E-commerce sectors.


What you’ll be doing

  • Utilize analytical skills to maintain and update operational and financial MIS reports in investor formats.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to enhance day-to-day business operations.
  • Assist in the budgeting process, including formulation, variance analysis, and publishing results.
  • Collaborate with the business to update business plans in alignment with evolving strategies and directions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to support decision-making processes and drive business growth.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.


What you’ll bring

  • Chartered Accountant qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in FP&A Business Finance, or related fields within a new age business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Strong understanding of unit economics and levers to manage an online brand.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and priorities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information and interacting with investors and other stakeholders.
