About the Role:

We are seeking a distinguished academic and visionary leader to serve as the Dean of the School of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have a profound academic background, exceptional administrative capabilities, and a strong research portfolio, including 10 international publications and patents. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation from a premier institution (India or abroad) and demonstrate a track record of excellence in academic leadership, research, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the School of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation in delivering top-tier education, research, and clinical training.- Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs that meet international standards.- Drive innovative research and academic initiatives that align with the school’s mission to be a leader in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.- Mentor and guide faculty members to enhance academic, research, and clinical capabilities.- Ensure the school’s compliance with national and international accreditation standards.- Establish and foster collaborations with national and international institutions and research bodies.- Manage administrative functions, including budgeting, staffing, and performance reviews.- Promote a culture of academic excellence, student engagement, and innovative learning methods.

Key Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Physiotherapy or Other Rehabilitation Courses from a premier institution (India/abroad).- Proven record of 10 international publications and/or patents.- Strong academic, administrative, and research track record, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience.- Experience in building and leading successful academic programs, research initiatives, and strategic collaborations.- Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of faculty and staff.- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.- Strong network with global academic, research, and industry professionals in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
