About the Role:We are seeking a distinguished academic and visionary leader to serve as the

Dean

of the

School of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation . The ideal candidate will have a profound academic background, exceptional administrative capabilities, and a strong research portfolio, including

10 international publications

and

patents . The candidate should have a

Ph.D.

in

Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation

from a

premier institution

(India or abroad) and demonstrate a track record of excellence in academic leadership, research, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the

School of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

in delivering top-tier education, research, and clinical training.Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs that meet international standards.Drive innovative research and academic initiatives that align with the school’s mission to be a leader in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.Mentor and guide faculty members to enhance academic, research, and clinical capabilities.Ensure the school’s compliance with national and international accreditation standards.Establish and foster collaborations with national and international institutions and research bodies.Manage administrative functions, including budgeting, staffing, and performance reviews.Promote a culture of academic excellence, student engagement, and innovative learning methods.Key Qualifications:Ph.D.

in

Physiotherapy

or

Other Rehabilitation Courses

from a

premier institution

(India/abroad).Proven record of

10 international publications

and/or

patents .Strong academic,

administrative , and

research track record , with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience.Experience in building and leading successful academic programs, research initiatives, and strategic collaborations.Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of faculty and staff.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Strong network with global academic, research, and industry professionals in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.Desired Competencies:Deep knowledge of

physiotherapy

and

with an innovative approach to both academic and clinical practices.A
