co-founder — not an employee —
 to build it from zero to category-defining.

Your MissionBuild the FMCG/CPG Vertical

  • Transform frontline sales and distribution into a 
    predictive, insight-led growth engine.
  • Craft the boldest narrative FMCG has seen: 
    AI-powered retailer intelligence, trade promotion ROI, distributor performance, and sales coaching at scale.
  • Lead the shift from transactional hustle to 
    intelligence-first decision-making.

Own the Market

  • Pinpoint 
    high-value FMCG use cases
     and pilot them with top players.
  • Shape pricing, GTM, and commercial plays with confidence.
  • Build a pipeline, 
    close CXOs, and own revenue.

Open Doors

  • Walk into boardrooms and 
    earn trust with CEOs and CXOs.
  • Turn networks into partnerships, and partnerships into deals.

Architect a Team

  • Handpick and lead a cross-functional crew.
  • Define the DNA of execution, hustle, and impact.

Be the Evangelist

  • Take the stage at forums, drop thought-leadership bombs on LinkedIn,
  • Make the 
    brain FMCG leaders didn't know they were missing.

Who You Are

  • 7–10 years in FMCG/CPG
     — in sales, distribution, or trade marketing leadership.
  • You've 
    sold to CXOs
     and closed deals at the top table.
  • You have a 
    broad, trusted CPG network
     — people take your calls.
  • Prior consulting experience
     (strategy, sales transformation, digital) is a huge plus.
  • You're a 
    builder
     — white space excites you, speed energizes you, and ownership drives you.
  • You want 
    equity and upside, not just a payslip.
