**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, growth, or a high-impact business role (internships in similar roles count)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to switch between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort with data analysis, research, and working with numbers
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Prior startup experience is a plus but not mandatory
