**Location**: Divine Hindu, Gurgaon
**Internship Duration**: 3 Months (Paid Internship)
**Stipend**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
**Work Schedule**:
- **Timings**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- **Work Days**: Monday to Saturday (Work from Office), Alternate Saturdays (Work from Home)

**Role Summary**:
As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work closely with the Co-founders on diverse and high-impact projects that are pivotal to Divine Hindu’s growth. This role requires wearing multiple hats, offering hands-on exposure to various business functions such as strategy, operations, recruitment, and product development. You will play an integral part in driving the company’s objectives while developing a holistic understanding of business processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Management**: Analyze, organize, and manage data to derive actionable insights for business decisions.
- **Project Coordination**: Support the execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring timely deliverables and seamless collaboration.
- **Presentation Creation**: Design and deliver polished presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Recruitment Support**: Assist in talent acquisition activities, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- **Operational Support**: Provide hands-on assistance in daily operational tasks across departments to maintain efficiency.
- **Strategic Tasks**: Contribute to high-level strategic discussions and initiatives as required.
**Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and **PowerPoint** (polished presentation design).
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.
**Analytical Abilities**:
- Strong aptitude for working with data, extracting insights, and presenting findings logically.
**Attention to Detail**:
- Accuracy in handling data, documentation, and report preparation.
**Communication Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective reporting and collaboration.
**Time Management**:
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Teamwork**:
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Prior internship or project experience in a dynamic environment is preferred but not mandatory.
