Role Overview

The Founder's Office is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments. You will work closely with the Founder across strategy, operations, partnerships, marketing, and investor relations. This role requires strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask seamlessly between functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution:
    Work with the Founder on high-priority projects to drive business growth, user acquisition, and platform expansion.
  • Market Research & Insights:
    Conduct competitor benchmarking, analyze market opportunities, and prepare actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Operations & Process Building:
    Drive efficiency in day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, and ensure smooth execution of business plans.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations:
    Assist in identifying and onboarding strategic partners, brands, and collaborators to expand Nynii's reach.
  • Investor Relations:
    Support in preparing pitch decks, business reports, and financial updates for investors and stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Liaise with product, marketing, and business teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Execution Excellence:
    Own end-to-end delivery of special projects and ensure timelines are met with precision.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institute (business/management/commerce background preferred).
  • Some experience in consulting, startups, or strategy/business operations roles.
  • Exceptional communication, research, and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a bias for action.
  • Comfortable working in an unstructured environment with a founder's mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with data tools (Excel, SQL, or dashboards) is a plus.
