The Role

We are hiring a passionate, data-driven Digital Marketing professional to join a collaborative and innovative team and lead our digital marketing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, segmenting email lists, and personalizing content to increase open and click-through rates.
  • Monitoring and analyzing email performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for better results.
  • Configuring and managing Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior, and analyzing data to gain insights into user engagement, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Generating regular reports and providing actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across online platforms,
  • Planning and producing high-quality, relevant content for newsletters, case studies, etc.

Ideal Profile

  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field and have at least 4 years' experience in Digital Marketing within B2B or B2C SaaS .
  • You are proficient in Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms, preferably EngageBay
  • You have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, email marketing tools, and PPC advertising.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • You are analytical and detail oriented, with a keen eye for optimizing marketing effectiveness
  • You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
  • You have an amazing track record of success, are highly goal-driven, and work well in fast-paced environments
