Role SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned senior executive to lead customer acquisition and enterprise sales with P&L responsibilities for VDart Digital in India. This individual will serve as the face of our organization in the region , responsible for driving new business, nurturing executive-level client relationships, and positioning VDart Digital as a trusted technology and consulting partner. The role requires strong expertise in selling digital transformation, AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, and GCC (Global Capability Center) offerings to large enterprises and multinational corporations (MNCs).
Business Development & Sales Leadership
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in India through strategic enterprise sales.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across priority industries (automotive, supply chain, BFSI, real estate, manufacturing, etc.).
- Negotiate and close large, complex deals with C-level executives.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across priority industries (automotive, supply chain, BFSI, real estate, manufacturing, etc.).
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the face of VDart Digital in India , representing the organization with clients, partners, and industry associations.
- Establish and nurture CXO-level relationships with enterprise customers and MNCs.
- Ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction across all engagements.

GCC Solutions & Expansion
- Lead the positioning and sale of GCC build, operate, and transfer (BOT) models and other offshore delivery capabilities.
- Collaborate with global delivery centers in India, Malaysia, and the UAE to align client needs with execution.
Strategic Leadership
- Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategies for India.
- Represent VDart Digital at key industry forums, events, and panels.
- Work directly with the CEO and global leadership team on growth strategy and execution.

- 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, client partnerships, and business development within IT services, digital transformation, or consulting.
- Proven success in selling to large enterprise and MNC clients across industries.
- Strong background in positioning and selling GCC/offshore delivery models .
- Deep understanding of technology services including AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Platforms etc. .
- Strong CXO-level network in India with the ability to open new doors and build long-term partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across India and internationally as required.
