Senior CRM Dynamics and Integration Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CRM Dynamics and Integration Developer to design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, business analysts, and developers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality CRM solutions. You will focus on customization, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems using REST APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including Service, Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights modules.
  • Collaborate with clients and business analysts to understand and document CRM solution requirements.
  • Implement and configure CRM workflows, business rules, and plugins.
  • Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and downstream systems using SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and user guides.
  • Perform unit testing and support quality assurance efforts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM implementation, customization, and integration.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 developments and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations.
  • Expertise in Power Platform, including Power Pages and Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM web services, including SOAP/REST APIs and secured web services development.
  • .NET development proficiency, with expertise in C#, .NET Core, and MVC 5.0.
  • Strong experience with ODATA, JavaScript, and jQuery for CRM customizations.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and is highly desirable.
  • SSIS and SSAS expertise, with the ability to create ETL packages and multidimensional/tabular SSAS projects.
  • Experience in SharePoint Web Part development (SharePoint 2013/2016/2019).
  • Proficiency in Automated Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server and database design principles.
  • Experience using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CRM SDK.
  • Data migration and synchronization expertise using SSIS and Kingsway (highly desirable).
  • Report and dashboard development for Dynamics 365 using SSRS and Power BI (highly desirable).
  • Understanding of SharePoint publishing architecture is a plus.
  • Strong ability to gather and document business processes and requirements.
  • Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience using CoPilot and Cursor for AI-driven development (highly desirable).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
