Role Overview:

As a Senior Executive Automotive Lubricants Sales, you will be responsible for driving lubricant sales through effective distributor management, retail development, and field-level promotional activities. The role involves meeting sales targets, building market presence, and delivering customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, growth, and collection targets.
  • Expand retail coverage through new customer acquisition and channel development.
  • Conduct mechanic meets, influencer programs, and local promotional activities.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions to help shape local market strategy.
  • Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and stock availability at retail outlets.
  • Submit timely sales reports, market insights, and forecasts to reporting manager.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, credit management, and customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Engineering); MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus.


• Experience: 39 years in automotive lubricants, FMCG, or automotive aftermarket field sales.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and sales reporting tools.


• Self-driven and willing to travel extensively in the assigned region.
