Chief Growth Officer- Brand Film Production (Ad Industry)
Role Overview:
Lead and accelerate business growth by acquiring premium clients in the premium advertising sector, specializing in brand films and product launch campaigns. Drive international expansion, forge high-value partnerships, and position the studio at the forefront of global creative film production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and secure business from top-tier brands and agencies for ad film, product launch, and brand film projects.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives targeting international markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level decision-makers in advertising, gaming, and episodic segments worldwide.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to tailor pitches for high-impact campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure distinction and leadership.
- Achieve quarterly and annual growth targets for revenue and new client acquisition.
- Expand into new market segments—including gaming and episodic content—leveraging past international business development experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ recent business development experience in an advertising film production studio. and at least overall 10-12 years of sales experience.
- Proven record of generating premium business from international clients in automotive, advertising, gaming, or episodic verticals.
- Exceptional networking, pitching, and negotiation skills with global brands.
- Results-driven, strategic thinker, and passionate about creativity and innovation in brand storytelling.
