About the Role
FLYZONE COMPANY is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our Aluva travel consultancy office. The successful candidate will ensure efficient workflow, manage staff, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day office activities
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate front-desk and support staff
  • Manage vendor relationships and office supplies
  • Prepare operational reports and budgets

Requirements

  • Female candidate with 3+ years of operations or managerial experience, preferably in travel consultancy
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and operations-management software
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Malayalam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
