Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Ludhiana. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, manage customer inquiries and complaints, strive to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure a positive customer experience. The representative will interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • High School diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is beneficial
