Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Manager with 3-4 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT profiles. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Accounts department on salary preparation, foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and manage day-to-day HR operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance multiple HR tasks efficiently while contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the entire recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.Leverage various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.

2. Salary Preparation:Assist the Accounts department in the accurate preparation of salaries, including payroll processing and deductions.Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.Coordinate with the finance team to manage employee benefits, compensation, and incentives.

3. Employee Relations:Maintain a positive workplace atmosphere by managing employee relations effectively.Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and address any issues.

4. Grievance Handling:Address employee grievances promptly and ensure fair and confidential resolution.Implement strategies to prevent workplace conflicts and improve employee morale.Maintain records of all grievances and resolutions for future reference.

5. Day-to-Day HR Activities:Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance management, leave tracking, and maintenance of employee records.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

6. HR Policy and Process Improvement:Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies to align with current regulations and organizational goals.Recommend improvements to HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

7. Performance Management Support:Assist in the performance management process, including coordinating performance reviews and tracking employee progress.Work with managers to address performance issues and support employee development.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, payroll, and grievance handling.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
