The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the Boutique (Salon) operations including customer relations, SOP planning & execution, team handling, Salon level marketing, sales and retailing.

Role & responsibilities
Overall management of the Boutique (Salon), cleanliness & upkeep, billing etc.
Delivery high quality services through excellent communication and best service standard between team and clients.
Responsible for communicating the changing needs of the team members and clients.
Ensuring scheduling and appointment booking, ensuring stylists and therapists are capable and available to meet the clients' needs.
Help set and encourage goals to be met by individuals/team.
Responsible for coordinating in-house training.
Responsible for execution of various campaigns at Salon (including Team training, Daily Briefing sessions) and sharing feedback with respective departments.
Ensuring the inventory is well maintained.
Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of experience managing Luxury Or Premium retail stores specializing in beauty, wellness, and high-end product.
Team management or supervisory role.
Excellent customer orientation.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent in Resource & Time Management.
Positive, creative, and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
High on energy, detail oriented, organized and a drive to succeed.
