HR Executive

are hiring an HR Executive preferably with admin executive background with a minimum of 3 years (ideally 5+ years ) for :
* Searching and identifying candidates of various levels and profiles including senior management roles
* Coordinating with the management for end to end selection & recruitment
* Employee onboarding
* Leaves management
* Compensation and benefits administration;
* Statutory Compliances
* Employee relations
Notes:
- You should have hired mid and senior level executives,
- You should have knowledge and hand-on experience of managing statutory compliances, compensation structure, salary preparation / calculations,
- You should have worked in small teams,
- You must Excellent written and spoken communication skills including communicating with CXO level people
- You should have worked for IT, Consumer Services, Insuretech, Fintech industries (similar to our company i.e. Infinity Assurance Solutions)
- Experience in working in a startup will be a plus
