As we expand into the US/Europe market, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team and help fuel our growth in this region.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our growth in the US/Europe market by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the US region.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through targeted outreach, email campaigns, and cold calls.
Engage in meaningful conversations with decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and presenting our solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and set up meetings or product demos with potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Assist in developing sales strategies and outreach plans tailored to the US market.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing excellent customer service and setting the stage for future sales interactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales, or related role, preferably for the US/Europe market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of US/Europe market dynamics and business culture.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Ability to work independently with a self-starter attitude.
Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a SaaS or product-based company.
Familiarity with lead generation techniques for the US/Europe market.
Knowledge of sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
