Business Development Representative

Responsibilities: ● Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify and engage potential Enterprise-level clients. ● Utilize LinkedIn Navigator to research and connect with key decision-makers within target accounts. ● Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Chargebee's value proposition and solutions to effectively communicate benefits to prospects. ● Identify and qualify potential leads through a combination of research, cold calling, and email outreach. ● Schedule and coordinate high-quality meetings for Enterprise Account Executives. ● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute account-based marketing campaigns and support strategic initiatives. ● Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed to expand the company's presence and generate leads. ● Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for meeting bookings.
Qualifications: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a similar BDR or lead generation role. Strong experience in outbound calling and using LinkedIn Navigator for prospecting. Highly driven and motivated individual with a passion for sales and achieving targets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-performing team environment. Basic knowledge of subscription billing, SaaS, or related industries is a plus.
