We’re looking for a motivated Associate Processor to join our team and support key loan processing activities for the US Mortgage industry , from setup to final underwriting.What You’ll Be Doing:Process loans from application to underwritingOrder and manage third-party documents (payoffs, insurance, credit supplements, MI, translations)Validate property profiles and manage documentation across platformsCollect and analyze documents for underwriting approvalResolve routine title issues and verify approval conditionsMaintain workflow prioritization to meet closing timelinesCommunicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth processingProvide excellent customer service and maintain quality standards✅ What We’re Looking For:Graduate with 2+ years of experience in loan processing or financial servicesStrong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent communication and customer service mindsetAbility to work in a paperless, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environmentFlexible to work night shifts and outside normal business hours when neededProficient with PC tools and digital documentation systemsWhy Join Us?Structured onboarding and trainingHybrid work model after initial onsite periodSupportive team culture and growth opportunitiesExposure to end-to-end loan processing operations in the US Mortgage domainRegards,Meenakshi
