We’re looking for a motivated Associate Processor to join our team and support key loan processing activities for the US Mortgage industry, from setup to final underwriting.What You’ll Be Doing:- Process loans from application to underwriting- Order and manage third-party documents (payoffs, insurance, credit supplements, MI, translations)- Validate property profiles and manage documentation across platforms- Collect and analyze documents for underwriting approval- Resolve routine title issues and verify approval conditions- Maintain workflow prioritization to meet closing timelines- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth processing- Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality standards✅ What We’re Looking For:- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in loan processing or financial services- Strong organizational and analytical skills- Excellent communication and customer service mindset- Ability to work in a paperless, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment- Flexible to work night shifts and outside normal business hours when needed- Proficient with PC tools and digital documentation systemsWhy Join Us?- Structured onboarding and training- Hybrid work model after initial onsite period- Supportive team culture and growth opportunities- Exposure to end-to-end loan processing operations in the US Mortgage domainRegards,Meenakshi
