We’re looking for a motivated Associate Processor to join our team and support key loan processing activities for the US Mortgage industry, from setup to final underwriting. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing: - Process loans from application to underwriting - Order and manage third-party documents (payoffs, insurance, credit supplements, MI, translations) - Validate property profiles and manage documentation across platforms - Collect and analyze documents for underwriting approval - Resolve routine title issues and verify approval conditions - Maintain workflow prioritization to meet closing timelines - Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth processing - Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality standards ✅ What We’re Looking For: - Graduate with 2+ years of experience in loan processing or financial services - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Excellent communication and customer service mindset - Ability to work in a paperless, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment - Flexible to work night shifts and outside normal business hours when needed - Proficient with PC tools and digital documentation systems 🌟 Why Join Us? - Structured onboarding and training - Hybrid work model after initial onsite period - Supportive team culture and growth opportunities - Exposure to end-to-end loan processing operations in the US Mortgage domain Regards, Meenakshi Verma 9596024539 meenakshi.verma@mphasis.com
