We’re Hiring: Associate Processor – US Mortgage Industry
Location: Pune (Onsite for 3 Months) → Work From Home
Shift: Night Shift (Aligned with US Time Zones)
Eligibility: Graduate
Experience: 2+ years in Financial Services preferred

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated Associate Processor to join our team and support key loan processing activities for the US Mortgage industry, from setup to final underwriting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Process loans from application to underwriting
- Order and manage third-party documents (payoffs, insurance, credit supplements, MI, translations)
- Validate property profiles and manage documentation across platforms
- Collect and analyze documents for underwriting approval
- Resolve routine title issues and verify approval conditions
- Maintain workflow prioritization to meet closing timelines
- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth processing
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality standards
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in loan processing or financial services
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a paperless, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
- Flexible to work night shifts and outside normal business hours when needed
- Proficient with PC tools and digital documentation systems
