Zone Sales Manager (ZSM) - Role Description
- Role Description:
Responsible for leading and directing the sales operations for an entire zone assigned, overseeing a team of Regional Managers, and developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company-wide sales objectives.
- Qualification:
Master's degree in any discipline, preferably Agriculture Management.
- Experience:
10-12 years of progressive sales experience in the seed industry with a minimum of 3-5 years as CUMM/Product Manager and 5 years as RSM.

Ensuring robust adherence of business processes and right service levels to customers (both farmers, channel partners and internal customers).
Identifying and defining Learning & Development agenda for the zone – key stakeholder in effective implementation of NSL Pathshala.
A 3-year business development strategic plan including the distribution and product strategy.
