Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager Pharma located in Dibrugarh (Upper Assam) coverage Jorhat, Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Tezpur and North Laxmipur. The Area Sales Manager Pharma will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned area, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and managing the sales team. The role also includes building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, monitoring market trends, and reporting on sales performance. The individual will be expected to travel within the assigned area as necessary to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
  • Experience in working with healthcare professionals or in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
