Desktop Engineer

About us & Profile Description:

A dynamic company specializing in comprehensive technology solutions including Networking, Projector Sales & Services, NAS Drives, CCTV Projects, Printer Sales & Services, Firewalls, Biometric & Access Control Systems, Router Configurations, and more are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Engineer to support and execute multiple projects across our diverse range of services. The successful candidate will work closely with our technical team to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot various IT and security infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
  • Deploy, troubleshoot, and update software applications.
  • Provide timely technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and security checks.
  • Manage inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, monitors, etc.).
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees regarding IT equipment.
  • Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a desktop support or IT support role.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and component replacement.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Salary & Benefits:

· Government Holidays provided.

· Working Schedule: 6 days a week.

· Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
