Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated IT Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all IT-related functions within the organization. This role involves managing the overall IT infrastructure, supporting the technology needs of the company, and leading the administration team to ensure smooth operations across both IT and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Management:

  • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and provide support for IT-related issues across the organization.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of servers, networks, and cloud systems.
  • Ensure data backup systems and disaster recovery plans are in place and functioning properly.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in IT and implement solutions that align with the company’s needs.

Admin Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the admin team, ensuring they provide effective support across the organization.
  • Coordinate and supervise daily admin tasks such as document management, office supplies, and other operational duties.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure efficiency in administrative operations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the admin team to improve skills and performance.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the IT and admin departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

General Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT-related projects, including software installations, hardware upgrades, and system optimizations.
  • Ensure that the organization’s IT policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
  • Maintain and update the company’s internal documentation and knowledge base.
  • Provide end-user training on software and IT systems as required.
  • Collaborate with management to assess technology needs and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (X+ years) in IT management, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and security.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, especially in leading administrative functions.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Knowledge of IT best practices and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
