Responsibilites:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with overall business objectives, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure for both on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).


• Oversee the architecture, management, and optimization of the organization’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, and cloud-based networks, ensuring high availability and performance across hybrid environments.


• Lead and implement advanced network security practices, including firewalls, VPN configurations, intrusion detection/prevention, data encryption, and compliance protocols, to safeguard company assets and sensitive data.


• Coordinate and lead regular internal and external audits of IT infrastructure, ensuring adherence to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements (ISO, GDPR, etc.).



• Manage and ensure robust backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies for on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures, including servers, applications, and databases. Regularly test disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of failure.



• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development. Ensure alignment between team capabilities and business needs through training and upskilling.



• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud, network infrastructure, and security technologies. Continuously research and implement cutting-edge solutions to ensure competitive advantage and operational excellence.


Required Skills

  • • Proficient in managing complex network infrastructures, including hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure), LAN/WAN, VPN, and on-premises systems.
  • • Strong experience in designing and implementing security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and compliance with data protection standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO.
  • • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and experience in cloud migration, optimization, and management.
  • • Expertise in developing and managing backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans across both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • • Proven experience in leading IT audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • • Demonstrated success in leading IT teams, with excellent mentorship, people management, and team-building skills.
  • • Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate with senior stakeholders.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred.



• 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on network administration and client-facing roles.



• Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL, PMP or similar are highly desirable.
