Position Overview -

We are seeking an experienced AWS Technical support specialist to join our team willing to work in USA/Australia working hours. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in AWS CloudWatch, including log analysis, and SQL database management, preferably in SaaS applications. Proficiency in CRM tools and exposure to application production support tasks are essential. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing AWS infrastructure, optimizing performance, and providing support for critical applications.

 

Responsibilities -

  • Manage AWS infrastructure, including setting up and monitoring CloudWatch alarms, metrics, and log analysis.
  • Ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of SQL databases in SaaS environments.
  • Utilize CRM tools to streamline customer interactions and improve business processes.
  • Provide production support for applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based solutions and enhance system performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AWS CloudWatch, including log analysis, SQL database management, and CRM tools, preferably in SaaS applications.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • AWS certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as HS, Jira.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
  • Willing to work in US Shift (9:30PM to 6:30AM IST) or AU shift (6:30AM to 3:30PM IST)

Preferred other skills-

  • Certification in ITIL or relevant IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS (CloudWatch).
