Looking for Head of Sales at a Mumbai based company into Speciality Chemicals, supplying to Pharma and Agrochemical sectors -
APPLICANTS NEED TO BE ONLY FROM SPECIALITY CHEMICALS / PHARMA / AGROCHEMICALS INDUSTRY.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: MSc/BSc Organic Chemicals / BE Chemical
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Generating leads and converting them into orders.
- Creating monthly, quarterly and yearly sales projection and help to achieve these targets.
- Dealing with all prospective clients.
- Coordinating with different teams and management
- Coordinating with Channel partners
- Helping create marketing strategies
- Help recruit team members for team
- Travelling to meet new or existing clients
- Travelling for exhibitions (nationally or internationally) and organising the trip and the event
- Operating ERP and helping in improving the system
- Training the team for marketing and ERP
