Job DescriptionWe are looking to onboard a business head to help incubate and lead a new line of business - MSME loans

.ResponsibilitiesDefine org strategy and plans for a digital first MSME businessP&L management including setting pricing, optimizing processes in coordination with other teamsWork with tech and operations teams to build the necessary infrastructureWorking with finance for business planningBuild distribution in partnership with marketing teamHiring and managing a team, as necessaryEnsuring high compliance standards

Requirements10-15 years in financial services. 5+ years in MSME lending, P&L managementShould have managed multiple geographiesHands on experience in setting up and scaling distributionExperience in co-lending and partnershipsExperience in digital lending /processeAffinity for data, keenness to measure and track metricsDeep expertise in credit policies and operational processesAbility to build field teamsExcellent communication and analytical skills
