Key Responsibilities:


Practice Leadership & Strategy:

  • Define and drive the strategy and vision for the Microsoft practice.
  • Build a high-performing team through recruitment, mentoring, and ongoing professional development.
  • Establish Microsoft thought leadership by creating best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for delivery.


Solution Delivery & Architecture:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft-based projects including Azure, and Office 365 implementations.
  • Provide technical oversight, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with clients' business goals.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to optimize Microsoft solution deployment.


Business Development:

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and participate in client presentations.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for Microsoft services and ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, aligning solutions to meet their needs.


Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Manage escalations and provide leadership in resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with client teams to design customized solutions that address specific business challenges.


Partnership with Microsoft:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and other relevant partners.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft technology advancements and certifications.
  • Leverage Microsoft partner resources to enhance service offerings and solutions.


Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure that all Microsoft solutions are delivered efficiently and in compliance with industry best practices.
  • Track and report on the success of Microsoft engagements using relevant KPIs and metrics.
  • Oversee practice P&L, budgets, and resource planning.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience : 15+ years in IT consulting, with at least 5 years leading Microsoft practice or services.
  • Certification : Microsoft Certified (Azure, Microsoft 365, or related).
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale Microsoft cloud implementations.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
