Executive Fund Raising

Experience 2 to 3 years (Real Estate Industry only preferred)

Reporting Sr Manager Fund Raising

Location Mumbai HO (Khar West)

Salary Range 4L- 6.5L


Job Description

  • Identifying potential donors: Researching and contacting potential donors
  • Creating a fundraising message: Developing a message that appeals to potential donors
  • Organizing events: Planning campaigns or events to solicit donations
  • Maintaining records: Keeping records of donor information and donations
  • Analysing results: Evaluating the success of fundraising events and providing reports to management
  • Developing proposals: Creating funding proposals and plans to support the organization's initiatives
  • Negotiating: Persuading donors to give and answering questions about the organization's impact
  • Meeting legal requirements: Ensuring that all legal reporting requirements are met


Qualifications and skills

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Numerical skills: The ability to work to a budget and reach financial targets
  • Organization: The ability to work to deadlines and handle multiple donor accounts
  • Negotiation: The ability to persuade donors and answer questions
  • IT skills: A good knowledge of database management
  • Candidate must be fully conversant with Fund Raising and Fund Management
  • Strong network with Bankers and Financial Institutions
  • Proven working experience in Fund Raising from Real Estate industry
