Job Summary

ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management HAM Tester

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Asset Management Hardware Testing and Service Now. A background in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires adaptability to rotational shifts offering a dynamic work environment without the need for travel.

  • Lead the analysis and management of assets to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Oversee hardware testing processes to guarantee the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Provide expert support and solutions using Service Now to enhance IT service management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline asset management processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hardware testing methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in asset management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support the integration of new technologies into existing systems.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity and accuracy of asset records.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in asset management.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of hardware testing initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and address their asset management needs.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts ensuring consistent support and service delivery. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Asset Management and its application in a corporate environment.
  • Possess strong technical skills in Hardware Testing ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Exhibit expertise in Service Now for effective IT service management.
  • Have a foundational understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance enhancing domain knowledge.
  • Show adaptability to hybrid work models and rotational shifts.
  • Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
