We are looking for an experienced and visionary General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our sales operations, marketing initiatives, and business development strategies in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and positioning real estate projects successfully in a competitive market.
Role Overview:
The GM – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end sales operations, devising innovative marketing campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving the company's business goals. This role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of real estate market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share.
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote projects and enhance brand visibility.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to ensure performance excellence.
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and channels for business growth.
- Oversee lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion strategies.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, operations, and project teams.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management with insights and recommendations.
- Uphold company values while ensuring customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹900, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
