We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about influencer marketing and eager to kickstart their career in a fast-paced and creative environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships with brands and influencers.
- Prospect and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and influencers that align with our agency’s goals and values.
- Research and gather relevant information to create a robust database of leads.
- Utilize various channels (email, social media, networking events) to reach out to potential clients and influencers.
- Client Outreach and Relationship Building:
- Initiate contact with prospects and present our influencer marketing services effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and influencers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Assist in creating proposals and pitch decks tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
- Negotiate terms and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnership potential.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop and execute customized marketing strategies for clients.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our business development strategies.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans to achieve growth targets.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress reports.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the influencer marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a keen interest in influencer marketing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc., is a plus).
