Role Essence
The Client Delivery Specialist is the process owner for NKGs client journey, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and with high satisfaction. The role focuses on identifying bottlenecks, creating and implementing SOPs, and leveraging the NKG ERP to streamline operations. By monitoring and tracking projects end-to-end, coordinating with teams, and gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders, this position continuously drives process improvements that enhance both internal efficiency and the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Project Monitoring & Delivery
- Oversee client projects from onboarding to closure, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
- Use NKG ERP and trackers to monitor project health, progress, and dependencies.
- Escalate risks and resolve issues proactively to maintain smooth delivery.
Process Design & Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks across teams and propose practical solutions.
- Create SOPs, templates, and process guides to standardize workflows.
- Align ERP workflows with on-ground operations for maximum efficiency.
- Drive ERP adoption by building training materials and ensuring compliance across teams.
Client Experience & Feedback
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned clients.
- Ensure transparent, timely, and professional communication throughout the project.
- Gather client feedback and translate insights into process/system improvements.
- Build mechanisms for client reviews, testimonials, and structured feedback loops.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Research, Design, and Sales teams to align project execution.
- Facilitate structured handovers, kickoff calls, and documentation for seamless collaboration.
- Maintain regular reporting dashboards for leadership visibility.
Skills & Qualifications
36 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or operations.
Knowledge of compliance requirements in cosmetics, medical devices, food, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods is required
- Strong background in process design, project monitoring, or ERP/CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Experience in regulatory consulting, compliance, or professional services (preferred but not mandatory).
