Responsibilities:

· Maintain and build relationship with customers through regular connect via call

· Documentation, reports & updates of interaction and feedback

· Facilitate smooth Customer Onboarding

· Data Updating & Communication

· Customer Satisfaction Surveys

· Escalation Handling and driving to closure

· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and product offerings.

· Drive the renewal process to achieve and exceed retention targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
  • At least 10 years' experience as a customer service specialist, or a similar customer support role from the field of SaaS, hospitality, aviation
  • Knowledge of customer engagement platforms and channels.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding retention and renewal targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CRM software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
  • Great organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Team management: 6 years (Preferred)
  • IT software support: 10 years (Preferred)
