Customer Support & Service Coordinator (Female Candidates Can Apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and log service complaints.
- Assign service calls to field/service engineers and update status in the system.
- Forward customer issues to the right department and generate support tickets.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Maintain engineers attendance records.
- Support the service department with admin and coordination tasks.
- Check and respond to service-related emails daily.
- Prepare and share basic reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
- Good communication skills (English,Hindi,Marathi)
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Fresher can apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
