The company operates two key business verticals: specialty chemicals and personal care ingredients. Our products are sold in more than 40 countries globally. The personal care ingredients division offers antimicrobials, preservatives, emollients, and actives, along with custom manufacturing services to meet unique client needs.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager (Personal Care) located in Mumbai. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales of personal care ingredients. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining client relationships, providing technical support, handling account management responsibilities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also includes identifying new sales opportunities and presenting technical product information to clients and coordinating with distributors.

- Technical Sales and Sales skills
- Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Technical Support skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the specialty chemicals or personal care industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Cosmetics, or a related field
