Started with a simple intent to solve a problem. To make intellectual content shared at conferences, available to the World. This pushed us to explore the area of online streaming & communication back in 2010 which now has become a norm for any online activity.

Later, incepted a technical service agency & learned our craft working over multiple problem statements for our client in the last 10 years. This division now works with very selected projects & clients.

The Journey continued since then & we picked more subjects & industries with the aim to take interesting digital initiatives to solve business problems.

The Role

Your Responsibilities will include: 

  • Take scope from clients and negotiate for the scope and costs, and close the deal.
  • Identify new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Identify prospects (corporate /Government clients).
  • Call & meet prospective Clients to pitch them our services.
  • Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospects.
  • Relationship building and account management to get repeat business from existing clients.
  • New business development and convert them into regular clients.
  • Revive old leads and convert them into new business

Ideal Profile

Skills Required: 

  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills (email writing) in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. 
  • Must have experience in either virtual events or Media/ Digital agency - 3 years.
  • Highly professional, calling and meeting clients at the client's office.
  • Should possess Good written and Verbal communication skills.
  • Should be presentable and must possess good presentation skills.
  • Self-confident and self-motivated to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Experience in handling B2B portfolios in the past is an added advantage.
  • Being from Events or Media/ Digital agency sales would be an added advantage.
  • 3-4 years of experience in pre-sales/ ad sales/ network sales.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development Strategies.
  • You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.
  • Experience within Multi-country Sales would be a strong advantage.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams
