Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Senior Marketing Analyst role located in Bengaluru. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Marketing Analyst for the digital marketing vertical to deliver data-driven growth solutions for our partners. The position requires robust analytical abilities, a creative approach to problem-solving, and a flair for growth. An ideal candidate is an analytics enthusiast with very good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing.

QualificationsProficient in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and MMP (anyone is required be it Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, Singular, etc.Experience with driving high-impact quantitative analysis leveraging Excel, data visualization (Google Data Looker, Tableau, Power BI), Google Sheets, or other tools. Ability to query/mine large data sets, knowledge of SQL and any one of these

is a mustStrong analytical mindset and skills, including the ability to break down complex data scenarios into easily digestible reports and deliverables. Plus, the initiative to go beyond the what and deliver insights into the "why" of various resultsKnowledge around automation of data tasks be it API pulls, Data pipelines is a plusAbility to work well in a teamAdaptable and flexibleAgility for quick learning

Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct data-driven analysis to gain actionable insights and answer critical business questions (acquisition, retention, LTV, etc.) for key clientsMonitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test results. Make recommendations based on analytics and test findingsWork with data engineering to develop and implement new analytical tools and improve our underlying data infrastructureAnalyse, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire companyManage ad-hoc reporting requests including prioritization and delivery of reports and insights to meet stakeholder's needsIn this role, you would be an individual contributor and will also be leading a team of other analysts with size of 3-5 people

QualificationsBachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus3+ years analytics experience;
