Job Title: Business Analyst – Founder’s Office


Job Description:

As a Business Analyst – Founder’s Office, you will work closely with the founder of V Wholesale to streamline operations, improve processes, and drive growth. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between the founder and the company's teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment in day-to-day activities. You will act as the founder's right-hand person, handling analytics, process creation, project management, and tool implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Analytics and Insights:

Analyze business performance metrics across departments (e.g., sales, operations, customer engagement).

Provide actionable insights using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for decision-making.

2. Process Design and SOP Creation:

Design, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments.

Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions.

3. Technology and Tools:

Evaluate and suggest tools for CRM, field team management, and automation.

Coordinate with developers for app features or integrations.

Manage basic technical discussions and ensure timely project delivery.

4. Communication and Coordination:

Act as a communication bridge between the founder and different teams.

Ensure timely task delegation, progress tracking, and follow-ups.

5. Project Management:

Assist in planning and executing key projects like store launches, marketing campaigns, or expansion strategies.

Maintain project timelines and report on progress.

6. Strategic Support:

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.

Provide support for expansion planning, zone creation, and hiring strategies.


Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or related fields.

2–5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or project management.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of CRM systems and technical tools.


Nice-to-Have:

Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.

Knowledge of app development basics or software evaluation.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Exposure to retail or wholesale businesses.
