Position Overview: As the Senior Manager of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategies that drive our brand's growth and visibility in the B2C market. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, and leverage your expertise to elevate our brand presence nationwide.

Challenges and Opportunity: Given the rapid year-on-year growth of the two-wheeler rental industry and its nascent stage in a market as expansive as India, coupled with our leadership position in the segment, we are strategically positioned for substantial growth. We have a unique opportunity to establish our two-wheeler rental brand as a household name throughout India, present in every city, and to make our company synonymous with the industry itself.

The marketing challenge encompasses two primary objectives: accelerating industry growth beyond organic rates and simultaneously establishing our brand. This dual mandate presents a uniquely demanding opportunity for any marketer.


Key Responsibilities:

Anything and everything marketing right from strategy to handling teams to execution to budgeting to driving results.


Qualifications:

●    Experience: 5+ years in marketing roles with at least 3 years in B2C or consumer-facing industries.

●    Demonstrated Success: Must have a track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies and a deep understanding of the factors that contributed to their effectiveness.

●    Comprehensive Expertise: Must possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience across all verticals of marketing, including digital, traditional, content, social media, SEO, PPC, and analytics.

●    Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

●    Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

●    Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making approach with proficiency in marketing analytics and KPI tracking.

●    Creative Vision: Innovative thinker with a passion for creating compelling brand narratives and customer experiences.

●    Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
