Your Role: Join us as a Talent Acquisition Associate at LearnTube, where your proficiency in recruiting and staffing will be crucial in shaping our team's future. You will work closely with our founders and various department heads, driving the recruitment strategies that meet the evolving needs of our organisation. Your goal will be to not only fill positions efficiently but to enhance our team dynamics, ensuring a high retention rate and optimal productivity.

Responsibilities:


● Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify hiring requirements and develop role-specific recruitment strategies for tech and non-tech positions.

● Take control & execute the entire cycle from sourcing, screening, final interview stages & offers to great talent that will add value to the mission of the organisation.

● Utilise online channels such as job portals and professional networks to source potential candidates.

● Design and implement interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.

● Create detailed JDs and interview questions that reflect the specific requirements of each position.

● Coordinate and manage relationships with recruitment agencies to support hiring needs, including the onboarding process.

● Oversee the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

● Work closely with managers and founders to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.


Requirements:


● 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

● Strong prioritization and multitasking skills, capable of meeting sharp recruitment deadlines while managing expectations from multiple managers.

● Adept at maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
