Territory Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer sites (minimum 90%) to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, leveraging a challenger-selling approach.
  • Ensure extensive area coverage across the territory and drive revenue growth for PTCproducts.
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
  • Target industries include Manufacturing, ESP, Die & Mold, Aerospace, and Automotive.
  • Target Area Peenya, Dabaspet, Doddaballapur, Chikkaballapur, Aerospace park, Hoskote, NarsapuraEtc.
  • Proactively engage in on-field sales activities to meet daily and weekly KRAs.
  • Lead product demos, technical discussions, and proposal presentations to drive business opportunities.
  • Understand and communicate Softcells value proposition in the CAD, PLM, and Simulation space.

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering– Mechanical(from a reputed institute).

  • Master's degree in Engineering/Business Administration is an added advantage.

  • Experience:

  • 4 to 6 years in CAD/PLM/Simulation or Manufacturing Industry Sales.

  • Prior experience in account management and consultative/solution-based sales is preferred.

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, etc.).
