RoleOverview: The Client Relations Manager ensures smooth postsale operationsdelivery and client satisfaction. This role includes orderfollowups coordinating with the factory managing new designspecifications preparing offer sheets and maintaining clientrelations.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliveryand SamplesManagement:
    • Ensuretimely delivery of orders andsamples.
    • Coordinatewith logistics partners for efficientshipping.
  • OrderFollowUps:
    • Maintainregular communication with the factory to track orderprogress.
    • Updateclients on order status and expected deliverytimes.
    • Handleany issues related to orderfulfilment.
  • NewDesignSpecifications:
    • Collectand analyse market trends and client feedback for new designdemands.
    • Coordinatewith the design team to develop newspecifications.
  • OfferSheets:
    • Prepareand update offer sheets forclients.
    • Ensureoffer sheets are accurate and reflect current pricing and productavailability.
  • ClientRelations:
    • Regularlyfollow up with potential clients and leads that arehot.
    • Maintainstrong relationships with existingclients.
    • Addressany client inquiries or concernspromptly.

SOP:

  • DailyTasks:
    • Followup with the factory on ongoingorders.
    • Updateclients on orderstatus.
    • Reviewand respond to client inquiries andrequests.
  • WeeklyTasks:
    • Coordinatewith the design team on new designspecifications.
    • Reviewand update offer sheets asneeded.
    • Meetwith the logistics team to ensure smooth deliveryprocesses.
  • MonthlyTasks:
    • Conducta review of delivery and sampleprocesses.
    • Analyseclient feedback and market trends for new designdemands.
    • Prepareand present a performance report to the managementteam.

  • Experience Required 5years

  • Exposureof Export ClientHandling
  • Good Grip in Excel (Pivot Table & Vlookup)
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
